ATTORNEY CASSANDRA  M. KIRSCH


Attorney Kirsch is a recognized legal scholar on privacy and cyber security legal issues. She holds the honor of serving as the author of the privacy chapter in the CBA-CLE state tort cause of action treatise and a published scholar in the area of cyber security and privacy. 


She has litigated contentious Internet jurisdiction issues and obtained successful results for her clients. Her grasp of Internet technologies allows her to explain unlawful activities ranging from cryptocurrency fraud to online extortion to AI impersonation and the resulting harms in a way that any judge or juror can understand.


She largely focuses on Internet law, privacy, defamation, online harassment, computer fraud and crime, and data breaches. She is knowledgeable in Colorado's statutes relating to revenge porn, extortion, online harassment using social media, and cyber crime.


Outside the courtroom, she has published on the intersection of needs between high-security, privacy, and society. She has analyzed the advent and nature of Internet phenomena, including cyber warfare, and different hacker groups.


Hailing from a long line of entrepreneurs, Attorney Kirsch dedicates part of practice to assisting small businesses in the Denver and surrounding communities.


In her free time, Attorney Kirsch enjoys martial arts, reading science fiction, DIY tech projects, and volunteering with the Cyber Civil Rights Initiative.
